Every work receives a permanent accession number the day it enters the archive. It is the same system museums use, so two paintings with the same title are never confused again.
The red dot
Mark a work sold the way a gallery does. Record the date, the price, and the buyer, or as much as you know, and the sale history stays with the painting forever.
Photo bundles
A lifetime of existing work is welcome. Select a whole camera roll and each photo becomes its own record, ready to be titled whenever you have a quiet hour.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Start on the free plan and upgrade to Studio from your settings whenever you're ready. Cancel anytime, and your archive is always yours to export. If you reach 25 works on the free plan, everything you've catalogued stays exactly where it is. Upgrading is only ever about adding more.
